My Philips epilator does not remove hair properly

If your epilator does not remove hair properly, we are here to help. Try the following tips and tricks.

Your epilator needs cleaning

Ensure that your skin is clean, entirely dry and free from grease.

Your hair is too long

Optimum hair length is 3–4 mm.

The epilator is not held at a right angle

Place the epilating head on the skin at an angle of 90°.

The epilator is being moved incorrectly

Move the epilator slowly against the direction of hair growth.
