How should I use the control panel (on/off button, timer, temperature button)?

To switch the fryer on, press the on/off button for 2 to 3 seconds. The display goes on and you will hear a beep.
To set the temperature, press the temperature button until the required temperature (150, 160, 170, 180 or 190 degrees C) appears on the display
To set the timer, press the + or - button once. The timer will automatically set a frying time of 10 minutes. You can then use the + or - button to increase or decrease the number of minutes until the display shows the required frying time. Press the on/off button briefly to activate the timer.
