    Ingredients cake

    5 eggs
    125 grams of sugar
    125 grams of flour

    Ingredients apple crumble

    100 grams of oatmeal flakes
    125 grams of flour
    115 grams of ice-cold butter
    100 grams of sugar
    1 pinch of cinnamon powder
    1 pinch of ground cardamom
    1 pinch of ground star anise
    4 apples
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
    Powdered sugar

    Packet mini cookies (wafers)
    0.5 liters of cream
    100 grams of sugar

    Method Cake

    Beat the sugar and egg together nicely light in the kitchen machine with the whisk on maximum power.

    Method apple crumble

    Weigh all the ingredients and cut the cold butter into small cubes.

    Spread the crumble dough on the apple in the baking dish.
    Bake the dessert in the hot oven and let cool for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Method Cake finishing

    Put on the first slice the apple crumble mass and spray as the whipped cream on with a pippin bag.
    Put the second slice of the cream and repeat the first step and put the third slice on it.
    Repeat this step again and work nicely tart with whipped cream and cookies and chocolate pearls, apple and powdered sugar.
