Pear parcel | Philips Chef Recipes
This delicious dessert is easy to make. Tip: serve while still a little warm. Tasty!
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- 500 ml vanilla custard
- 2 small pears
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate decoration
- Peel the pears and cut them in half. Remove the pips with a spoon and cut small indentations in the pears.
- Place a small spoonful of vanilla custard in the middle of the pastry slices and place the pear on top.
- Coat the slices with a lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Heat the Airfryer to 165 degrees and bake the small individual parcels for 15 minutes.
- Garnish the pear parcels with chocolate and whipped cream and serve with vanilla custard.
