Very neat with good sound but the instructions are very poor
Multi function capability ticks all the boxes and generally great tone (near to market leading quality with a lower price tag and much greater functionality). Setting the radio stations to preset is all but impossible- the quick start user guide is useless/irrelevant and dowloading the full user guide off the net is no better. I gave up and contacted Phillips but given the passage of time since my request was submitted I am guessing the 4 day turnaround commitment is illustrative rather than real

It Looks and sounds like it's built for quality and it is! Almost!
I brought this on the off change that if it looks good it should sound good too, I was not disappointed as it sounds as good as it looks.! It's very easy to setup though without the manual, storing radio stations would be impossible as there is no sensible logic to it! Press and hold on an empty slot, every device I own works this way, but not this Philips and so you have to read the manual to figure it out. I love the feature of plonking your iphone on it and the clock updates automatically to the correct time and date, nice!! The DAB works perfectly and is crystal clear with a good bass. The only really awful thing about this product, is the flashing and distracting Bluetooth icon that is present on any source input selected except Dock!! Why? as it only needs to be there when BT selected! Grrr!
