Bought this toothbrush after hearing good things about the Philips Sonicare toothbrush my partner has. I tried this today and couldn't even manage 30 seconds with it. It not only I made my whole face and head vibrate but my teeth felt like they were going to fall out because of the intense vibrations. It's more like a piece of mechanical machinery than a toothbrush. Very disappointed, wish I had read the reviews before opening.

Excellent product. Was a little scared at first as much more powerful than previous toothbrush. But hygienist gave me an A +. Enough said.

I was initially very happy with brush and we both have had lovely teeth. But after ~ 12 months the on/off switch failed. Philips gave a no quibble replacement within a few days. After another year of excellent service , same thing- switch fail. Replaced again ( free of charge- thank you Philips) and this lasted ~ 14 months - again it suddenly will not switch on or if it does come on, then it will not switch off.
Good product when it works but an average of ~ 12 months life is not acceptable

Bought to replace another Sonicare toothbrush. This one is rubbish, it is as though it was made by a completely different manufacturer, yes It was cheaper that my last one, which was an excellent no frills model. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Took 4 days to charge up and then worked great for about 1 week. appeared to be as good as my old sonicare. However, once the battery ran down I put it on charge again but it now wont charge. Had it on charge for days no good. Unfortunately because I thought it was working i binned the receipt. Philips have told me no receipt no refund so the moral is keep your receipt. Me however wont be buying Philips again.
