Water is coming from the spout of my Philips kettle

    Published on 2021-07-04

If you notice water coming from the spout of your Philips kettle, there might be a simple solution. Discover how to mend it yourself below.

The maximum level indication was exceeded

For safety reasons, your Philips kettle has a maximum level indicator that indicates how much water it can contain.
If you do fill your kettle above this indicator, water could come from the spout.
To avoid this, please make sure not to add water above the maximum level indication.

For safety reasons, you should never fill the kettle beyond the MAX indicator on the water level indication window.
