The beer tap was not completely open
The beer tap of your Philips PerfectDraft needs to be completely open while the beer is being tapped. Always make sure the beer tap is completely open when you are pouring a beer.
The keg has been shaken too much
If the keg has been shaken too much, this might cause too much foam to come out of your Philips PerfectDraft. To solve this, wait half an hour for the beer to settle in the keg.
The tube is not functioning properly
If the tube of your Philips PerfectDraft is not functioning properly, too much foam may come out of the device. Always use the new tube provided with each keg.
The beer is too warm
If the beer is too warm, wait until it is cold enough to be poured. To understand this, make sure the temperature shown on the display is green.
