      Airfryer barbecue

    As well as frying, baking and roasting, your Airfryer also allows you to broil meat, fish or vegetables. Ideal if the weather isn't so great or you don't have access to a barbecue. Vary the types of meat, fish or vegetables and compile your own barbecue!

    Servings 4 persons


    • 2 barbecue sausages
    • 2 belly pork bacon slices
    • 2 spare ribs
    • 2 shasliks
    • 1 mealy potato
    • 1 corn on the cob
    • Salt and pepper
    • Barbecue sauce


    • Place the potato in the Airfryer and bake until half-done, for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then add the meat and corn on the cob. In this recipe, I use two belly pork bacon slices, two sausages, two spareribs and two shasliks. Grill together for 12 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with a fresh salad.
