Directions
Deseed the chilli and peel the ginger.
Place all of the ingredients into the soup maker, reserving a little desiccated coconut for later. Add 500 ml water. Close the lid and press the cream soup program.
When the soup is ready, open the lid and pour the soup into suitable cups or bowls.
Finish with some chilli flakes, desiccated coconut and chopped coriander.
