When the drip stopper is closed, the air pressure inside the blender jar cannot be released and it is hard to press the juicer accessory down onto the blender jar. Open the drip stopper before installing the juicer accessory onto the blender jar (Fig. a).

After the juicer accessory is installed completely, close the drip stopper, then start the Clear Juice or Pulp Juice program (Fig. b).
