My Philips Heater stops working unexpectedly

    Published on 28 August 2024
If your Philips Heater has suddenly stopped working, find possible causes and solutions in our article below.

Your Philips Heater has a pre-set option to turn off, such as a timer on the appliance or a scheduler in the App. If you have set any of those, the heater will turn off accordingly. Please check the settings on your appliance's timer or scheduler in the App.
In Auto mode, the heater will stop working when it reaches the target temperature and resume when it detects that the ambient temperature has fallen below the target temperature. In Low or High mode, when the heater detects that the temperature is 37°C (98.6°F), it will stop working and start again as the temperature falls.
Your Philips Heater will automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature exceeds the threshold of the thermal cut-off. Let your Philips Heater cool down for a few minutes and ensure that there are no obstacles in the air inlet/outlet before using it again.
Your Philips Heater has an auto-shutoff feature. If you leave your heater operating continuously for 16 hours without making any changes, it will turn off automatically.
Your Philips Heater may stop working if there is an overload of power consumption on the connected socket. The power overload will trigger the circuit breaker overload protection.

Please disconnect any nearby high-power-consuming devices from the same electrical socket and turn the heater on again. If your Philips Heater fails to power on again when plugged into a working electrical outlet, contact us for further assistance.
