My Next-Generation DiamondClean 9000-9900 is not accurately tracking my brushing segments

Follow these "Brushing Instructions"

• Keep the brush head at the correct angle to the gum line.
• Finish brushing the current segment before you move on to the next. Your toothbrush will alert you once you have finished brushing the current segment.

Minimise Body Movement

• Maintain a steady posture while brushing. Avoid excessive head or body movement, including bending or rotating, which can interfere with the sensor's accuracy.

Minimise Interruptions During Brushing

• Frequently removing and reinserting the toothbrush during a session can disrupt the toothbrush from tracking its location.

To manually improve the accuracy of the Instant Feedback Coverage while the toothbrush is still on, brush the inside of the upper or lower front teeth for two seconds to reset the position.
