Situation
The order of the channels is pre-defined by the provider. Instead, a favourite channel list can be created in which the order of channels can be defined.
Ensure that:
• The channels are installed on the TV (if a set-top box is used to receive channels, contact the manufacturer or provider to reorder channels)

Note: If a heart icon is shown, navigate to this item, press “OK” and select the correct channel list.
Note: The order in which the channels are marked will be the order of the favourite list, but this order can be changed later.
Repeat the step above until all required channels are marked.
Use the up arrow on the remote to navigate to the list selector (item above the first channel) and press “OK”.
Select the correct Favorite list (either Sat or Cable/Antenna) and press “OK”.
Navigate to one of the channels and press “OK”.
Press the “List” button on the remote control of the TV while watching a TV channel. The channel list is displayed.
Press the “Options” button and navigate to “Reorder Channels” and press “OK”.
Use the up and down arrows on the remote control and highlight the channel which needs to be moved and press “OK”.
Use the up and down arrows on the remote control and navigate to the desired location and press “OK”.
Repeat the above step until all the channels are in the required order.
Press the GREEN colour button to finish.
Press the “List” button on the remote control of the TV while watching a TV channel. The channel list is displayed.
Use the up and down arrows on the remote control and highlight the channel which needs to be removed.
Press the GREEN colour button to remove the favourite.
