What to do when information about Philips TV appears on the screen? (Shop Mode)

Ensure that:

• the software is up to date

The television is in the “Shop” mode.

To exit the “shop” mode and enter “home” mode, follow these steps:

1. Exit the Shop mode

For Android TVs

• Press the “Settings” button on the remote control of the TV and select:

[All settings] > [General settings] > [Location] > [Home]

For 30x8 and 31x8 series TVs from 2013

• Press the “Home” button on the remote control of the TV and select:

[Setup]> [other settings]> [store mode]> [disable]

For 4xx7 and 5xx7 series TVs from 2012

6xx8, 7xx8, 8xx8 and 9xx8 series from 2013

• Press the “Home” button on the remote control of the TV and select:

[Setup]> [TV settings]> [Preferences]> [Location]> [Home]

For all other TVs

• Press the “Home” button on the remote control of the TV and select:

[Setup]> [TV settings]> [General settings]> [Location]> [Home]

Or

[Settings] > [General settings]> [Location]> [Home]

Note: [location] is a not immediately shown in the General Settings (or Preferences). Scroll down at least 11 times to see it

1. Restart the TV.

2. The TV is now out of “Shop” mode.
